Shipping policy

Processing:

It might take 2-3 days for me to get to orders ready to be packed and shipped (I do have a full-time job)

Shipping:

Orders are shipped from the US. I do ship international, but due to VAT restrictions I believe I can only send letter mail to the EU (it would be untracked and should only be used to order a few stickers and a sticker sheet). 

If your country cannot receive shipments from the US, I won't be able to ship to you. I am not responsible if your package is lost, held up at customs, or if there are extra taxes or customs duties that need to be collected in your country. 

Orders that are lost, held up in customs, or that could not be delivered will not be refunded 

Refunds and Exchanges:

I do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you are missing items from your order please email shopcosmicnamida@gmail.com and we can arrange a refund or replacement for the missing items. Only the cost of the missing item will be refunded with proof (photos or order details)

If you have to cancel an order please do so within the first 24 hrs (and email me at shopcosmicnamida@gmail.com with the order details and order number). Once an order is shipped it will not be refunded
