Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges:

I do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you are missing items from your order please email shopcosmicnamida@gmail.com and we can arrange a refund or replacement for the missing items. Only the cost of the missing item will be refunded with proof (photos or order details)

If you have to cancel an order please do so within the first 24 hrs (and email shopcosmicnamida@gmail.com with the order details and order number). Once an order is shipped it will not be refunded
